Who we are
Yelloyolk Media Private Limited is a brand transformation studio registered in India. For any privacy question or request, write to connect@yelloyolk.com.
What we collect
- Information you give us: your name, work email, company name, website and the answers you submit through the contact form and the newsletter sign-up.
- Messages: anything you send us by email, WhatsApp or a scheduled call.
- Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) kept by our hosting provider for security and performance.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and assess whether we are the right partner for your project.
- To send the Credibility Brief newsletter, only if you subscribed. Every issue has an unsubscribe link.
- To keep the website secure and working properly.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
Legal basis
We process personal data with your consent, which you give by submitting a form or contacting us, and in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India). If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on consent and on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf:
- Vercel, to host this website.
- Our email provider, to receive form submissions and send replies.
- Google Analytics, to measure how the site is used, only if you accept analytics cookies.
- Cal.com, if you book a call, and WhatsApp (Meta), if you message us there. Their own privacy policies apply.
Cookies
This site uses essential storage to work, for example to remember your cookie choice. With your permission, we also use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. It sets cookies only after you choose “Accept” in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer. We do not run advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months so we can follow up on a conversation, then deleted. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe. Client project records are kept for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing connect@yelloyolk.com. We will respond within 30 days. You can also raise a concern with the Data Protection Board of India or your local data protection authority.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
